AI simulator that predicts battery health in minutes
AI simulator that predicts battery health in minutes
Bayesian Virtual Lab (BVL) – Free AI simulator that predicts battery health in minutes.
Who will benefit from it?
EV and battery companies
Energy storage teams
Defense and automotive sectors
Engineering and R&D teams
How to use it:
Login using test user credentials .User name: bayesian (b small) and password: bayesian123(b small)
Either click "Try sample" to test instantly – or click "Load pack" to load your own battery data
Set C-rate to 0.5 (or any value)
Click "Run simulation" – results appear in seconds
Under "Run simulation", you'll see AI Analysis & RUL – that's where the predictions appear.
About the Groq API Key:
Groq API Key (optional — leave blank for local results).
For more accurate results, add a free Groq key:
Sign in with Google (no credit card)
Click "Create API Key" and copy it (starts with gsk_)
Paste it in the simulator, then click "Run AI" – you'll see better, more accurate results.
What you get:
How much battery life is left (in cycles and years)
Which specific cell is weakest (e.g., Cell #2)
Pack summary – total cells, healthy cells, degraded cells, dead cells
Pack status – Healthy, Monitor closely, or Attention needed
Predictions with uncertainty (not just one number)
What it doesn't claim:
This is a research demo – not a certified product. Results are for learning and evaluation.
Important: This is not a safety system. It cannot detect thermal runaway, internal shorts, venting, or fire. Never use it to decide whether a battery is safe to operate, charge, transport, or store. Never override a BMS warning. Verify before acting.
Worth trying if you work with batteries and want to see AI-based prediction in action.
